About

I've been the one accountable for the outcome.

Brian Miller

My story

Miller Forge exists because manufacturing and supply chain leaders don't need another strategy advisor. They need someone who will own the result until it's done, and who has done it before.

I started my career in engineering, designing and installing custom security systems, then building automated test systems for medical device verification. I moved onto live production lines as a process engineer in regulated pharmaceutical packaging, where work had to be right the first time, then into engineering leadership, capital projects at an FDA-regulated site, enterprise business improvement and product management. At Tennant, I was handed the messy enterprise challenges, so I rolled up my sleeves and got to work. That's where I learned the difference between a good idea and a finished job.

Across those roles the pattern was the same: find where value is trapped, build the change with the people who run the work, and stay until it shows up in the numbers. Miller Forge is how I bring that to manufacturers in Indiana and across the Midwest.

"Anyone can tell you what to do. The hard part, and the valuable part, is making it happen, measuring it and making it stick."
