    I help product and portfolio leaders grow with intention: roadmaps, pricing and launches grounded in market data and in the teams who have to deliver them. Aftermarket parts and consumables are where I've spent the most time.

    Delivered: A global lithium-ion battery launch, new pricing frameworks and a three-year aftermarket growth roadmap.

    Cost-out only counts if it holds. I run improvement end to end: find the waste, execute the change, and build the ownership that keeps savings from creeping back.

    Capital projects and ERP roadmaps fail when business priorities and technology delivery drift apart. I hold them together: set the roadmap, align the resources and drive execution to completion.
