Approach

Assess. Forge. Scale.

Every engagement ends with a measured result, not a recommendations deck. Here's how I get there.

01 · Assess

Find where value is trapped.

I start with your reality: how the processes actually run, what the systems and data say, and where people spend their time working around both. I walk the floor and sit in the planning meetings.

You get: a short list of the fastest, most durable wins, each with an owner, a measure and an estimate of effort.

02 · Forge

Build it with the people who'll run it.

The change is designed and executed with your team, not handed to them. Targets are set, owners are assigned, and the work runs through the routines you already have wherever possible.

You get: new standard work, policies and tools in use, not in a binder.

03 · Scale

Measure it, then make it stick.

Results are measured against the business: cost, availability, revenue or margin. What works gets extended to other sites or lines, and governance is put in place so the result doesn't unwind after I leave.

You get: a measured result and a team that owns it.

Getting started

What a first conversation looks like.

A short call or email exchange. We talk about what you're trying to get done, what's in the way, and what a good result would look like in six months.

If I can help, I'll suggest a scope and a way to work together. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you, and point you somewhere better if I can.

Not sure where the value is trapped?

Start with a conversation. We'll find it together.
