Miller Forge, LLC is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and works with manufacturers across central Indiana and the Midwest, on-site or remote.
What does Miller Forge do?
I help manufacturing and supply chain leaders turn strategy into delivered results, through supply chain and operations transformation, data and analytics enablement, product and portfolio growth, cost and process improvement, and technology and program leadership.
What does a fractional operations or supply chain leader do?
I step into an operations or supply chain leadership role part-time, own a defined set of outcomes, and build the team and routines that keep them once I step back.
Which industries do you work in?
Life sciences and pharma, industrial equipment and aftermarket, medtech and diagnostics, consumer and packaged goods, and general manufacturing.
Do you work with SAP and supply chain data?
Yes. I've owned the Procure to Pay (P2P) and Plan to Stock (P2S) roadmaps in an enterprise ERP program, led SAP MRP training, and deployed supply chain analytics and KPIs across business units.
